Abstract
Efficiency prediction or loss estimation is important for estimating the performance of the circuits in the millimeter waveband. This report gave the examples of efficiency prediction of the LTCC post-wall waveguide and plane antenna numerically and experimentally at 60 GHz. The uncertainties of the dielectric properties have been carefully measured and considered in the efficiency prediction in the millimeter wave.
