Abstract

Aiming at the problem of multi-motor synchronous control in engineering projects, a multi-motor synchronous control system is designed. The system takes multiple permanent magnet synchronous motors as the control object, and adopts the deviation coupling structure in multi-motor synchronous control. 多电机同步控制系统设计
针对工程项目中多电机同步控制问题,设计了一种多电机同步控制系统。该系统以多台永磁同步电机为控制对象,采用多电机同步控制中的偏差耦合结构。针对永磁同步电机存在的一些问题和偏差耦合结构,提出了一种基于模型的预测控制和BP神经偏差耦合控制与网络PID相结合的结构。利用Matlab/Simulink仿真平台对设计的控制结构进行仿真。仿真结果表明,所设计的多电机同步控制系统具有调节时间快、超调量小、抗干扰能力强等特点。与传统的控制方案相比,效果明显改善,可以更好地实现同步控制。
