ANALISIS PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM PEMBERIAN TABLET TAMBAH DARAH PADA REMAJA PUTRI DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS USUKU KABUPATEN WAKATOBI TAHUN 2021

Abstract

Tablet tambah darah dapat mencegah terjadinya anemia pada remaja putri. Pemerintah mengadakan program pemberian tablet tambah darah untuk menambah cakupan konsumsi tablet tambah darah pada remaja putri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan program pemberiaan tablet tambah darah pada remaja putri di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Usuku Kabupaten Wakatobi Tahun 2021. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus (case study). Informan penelitian terdiri dari informan kunci dan informan biasa. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa pada tahap input terkait sumber daya manusia dan alokasi dana sudah ada kesesuain, sedangkan sarana dan prasarana belum ada kesesuain. Pada tahap proses terkait persiapan sudah ada kesesuaian, sedangkan untuk pendistribusian, pemantauan, pencatatan dan pelaporan belum ada kesesuaian. Pada tahap ouput terkait cakupan kegiatan, ketepatan sasaran sudah ada kesesuain, sedangkan untuk waktu konsumsi tablet tambah darah pada remaja putri belum ada kesesuaian. Masih terdapatnya ketidaksesuaian pada tahap input, proses dan output. Belum memadainya sarana dan prasarana tempat penyimpanan sementara tablet tambah darah di sekolah. Pendistribusian TTD dilakukan tiap bulan, pemantauan, pencatatan dan pelaporan belum efisien dilakukan. Tidak adanya jadwal minum TTD bersama disekolah.  Kata kunci: program tablet tambah darah, remaja putri. Iron supplementation can prevent anemia in adolescent female. The government held a program the implementation of iron supplementation to increase consumptioin adolescent female. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of iron supplementation program in adolescent female primary health center, Wakatobi regency 2021. This type of research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. Research informants consist of key informants and regular informants. The results of the study showed that at the input stage related to human resources and allocation of funds there was a match, while the facilities and infrastructure did not yet have a match.  At the stage of the process related to preparation, there is already conformity, while for distribution, monitoring, recording and reporting there is no conformity. At the output stage related to the scope of activities, there is a match on target accuracy, while for the time consuming of iron  suplemtation is no match.  There are still discrepancies at the input, process and output stages. Inadequate facilities and infrastructure for temporary storage of iron supplementation in schools. The distribution of iron supplementation is carried out every month, monitoring recording and reporting have not been efficiently carried out.
