Abstract

汽车雨刮器自动控制系统的设计与制造
人们对于汽车的要求从安全、出行方便逐渐到外观更有设计感、更个性化,对于功能更智能化,这样的要求对于汽车的各个部件都是符合的,汽车雨刮器也包括在内。本文从硬件结构原理、软件编制设计这两个方面进行设计。并以STC89C51单片机为控制核心,以便于实现刮水器系统的自动控制而无需人工操作。整个结构的设计主要分区域进行,主要针对其硬件结构和软件设计。并对传感器进行了分析和筛选,选择最适合的传感器进行设计和生产。因此本文选择采用红外传感器对降雨传感器进行设计,并通过硬件和软件实现对雨刮器的自动控制。
