Abstract

In order to actively respond to the national optimization of the business environment, fully integrate the responsibilities of the original land resources, planning and other departments, promoting the overall high-quality development of the regional digital economy by means of information technology has become a current priority. However, the natural resources sector has existing problems such as data islands, scattered business, and longtime consumption. 为积极响应国家优化营商环境,充分整合原有国土资源、规划等部门职责,借助信息技术手段推动区域数字经济全面高质量发展已成为当前的优先任务。但自然资源领域存在数据孤岛、业务分散、消费时间过长等问题。本文以上饶市广新区为例,提出利用多用户并发访问、长期事务处理、集成数据模型驱动的建库技术等先进技术,构建县域自然资源综合信息平台,全面提升基层单位信息化水平和开放共享能力,提高管理精细化和智能化水平。对其他类似地区的施工工作具有一定的借鉴意义。
