The CVR of 15 items was more than 0.62 and the CVI of all items was higher than 0.79. Cronbach's alpha of 0.749 was obtained to measure the internal consistency of the questionnaire using SPSS-v24 software. The used questionnaire has appropriate internal validity and reliability. The physician-patient communication is one of the most important forms of communication in the health system. “医生与患者建立个人友好沟通的态度”量表的心理测量属性设计与评价
医患沟通是卫生系统中最重要的沟通形式之一。如果这种交流因为不同的原因失去了道德层面,就会导致不信任。因此,本研究设计并评估“医生与患者建立个人友好沟通的态度”量表的心理测量属性。目前的方法学研究分三个阶段进行。在第一阶段,采用常规的含量分析。在第二阶段,使用定性部分的结果开发了问卷的条款。第三阶段,采用面孔效度、内容信度、内部一致性和稳定性信度来确定问卷的心理测量属性。采用有效选题法的问卷各题得分均在1.5以上。15个项目的CVR大于0.62,所有项目的CVI都大于0.79。采用SPSS-v24软件,取Cronbach's alpha = 0.749来衡量问卷的内部一致性。所用问卷具有适当的内部效度和信度。从调查结果来看,专家对医患之间建立个人友好关系的态度并不全面统一。
