Therefore requires a model that can be the basis for utilizing information technology in the Quality Assurance System at Higher Education so that its application can be more effective and accurate. The stages in model building are starting from analyzing the Quality Assurance System, aspects related to the Quality Assurance System, Application of information technology in the Quality Assurance System. Based on the results of the analysis factors will be identified, which will be components or constructs in the model. The next stage is the development of a model of the Higher Education Quality Assurance System by involving information technology as a supporting tool. This research has succeeded in building a model of the High Education Quality Assurance System that illustrates the main factors and supporting factors in the implementation of the High Education Quality Assurance System.
