Abstract

To realize the system optimization planning for instantaneous equilibrium resources, a mathematical model for programming them, according to some popular resource views generally used in modern macroeconomics, especially in generating system long-term programming, was introduced. The breakeven points of suppliers, with different economic features are described in an programming problem, where objectivity and constraints are constructed according to the analysis on the actual situation, furthermore, the couple variables of Kuhn-Tucker conditions of the model are obtained.
