Abstract

Under the condition that multi-axis are driven unsynchronized in paced flow lines, A multi-axis coordinated motion control strategy based on fuzzy algorithm is proposed to improve the efficiency and ensure safe running of line. First, a multi-conveyor abstract model is established for the paced flow line. Then, based on analysis of the line's workflow, propose a control strategy to fulfill coordinated running of each axes, and fuzzy algorithm is used in the control strategy. At last, the example verification is conducted by constructing paced flow line control system based on EtherCAT. The running result of line shows that the abstract model and coordination motion control strategy is reasonable and in line with production requirements.

基于模糊算法的步进流控制系统
针对步进流水线中多轴驱动不同步的情况,提出了一种基于模糊算法的多轴协调运动控制策略,以提高流水线运行效率,保证流水线安全运行。首先,建立了多传送带步进流水线的抽象模型。然后,在分析生产线工作流程的基础上,提出了实现各轴协调运行的控制策略,并在控制策略中采用了模糊算法。最后,通过构建基于EtherCAT的定时流控系统进行了实例验证。生产线运行结果表明,所建立的抽象模型和协调运动控制策略合理,符合生产要求。
