Maximum sporophytes efficiency was obtained on KC media supplemented with growth regulators such as 0.5mg/l NAA & 0.5mg/l 2,4-D with 2 sucrose under photoperiod condition. Abstract
Poor viability of spores and germination and slow growth in conventional vegetative propagation are major constraints in the in vitro culture of Asplenium aethiopicum, an important medicinal fern.
