Abstract

In this paper are presented the main steps for developing an analytical design methodology of Transverse Flux Permanent Magnet Synchronous Generators for its use in direct-drive small wind turbines. First, to attain this aim, it is proposed the full magnetic circuit representation of the TF-PMSG.
