Infrared thermography has been carried out and its results are presented, showing a picture of the distribution of temperature fields of a fire truck when exposed to thermal radiation from the ignition of plant litter before and after switching on the equipment to create a water curtain. Abstract
The article discusses the design of a water curtain to protect a fire truck from fire and thermal effects when extinguishing wildfires. Infrared thermography has been carried out and its results are presented, showing a picture of the distribution of temperature fields of a fire truck when exposed to thermal radiation from the ignition of plant litter before and after switching on the equipment to create a water curtain.
