One of the main problems of this Bachelor, is the low terminal efficiency. To counteract this situation, it was decided to apply the methodology of Hernández (2011), who proposes four stages: set goals, define problems (gap) and define livelihoods, strategic ideas of modernization and their scenarios (awareness) and formulation of the strategy. Abstract
