Growth parameters were evaluated in plants of Ocimum basilicum L. variety Medinette, in two indoor production environments: a greenhouse and a shade net. Plant height, number of branches and leaves per plant, and leaf area were measured. Growth parameters such as leaf area index (LAI), relative growth rate (RGR) and net assimilation rate (NAR) were estimated up to 45 days after transplanting (ddt). The plant and its organs showed sigmoidal growth in the two protected environments. Growth kinetics, height, number of leaves and branches produced per protected environment showed significant differences (P≤ 0.05), these parameters being higher for plants grown in shade netting. The physiological efficiency parameters showed an IAF of 0.53 and 1.28 for plants grown in greenhouse and shade net, respectively. The CRT presented the maximum value (0.14 mg mg-1 day-1) at 35 ddt for plants grown in shade net. The TAN was 0.078 mg cm2 day-1 for plants in the shade net. Temperature and relative humidity conditions in the greenhouse caused a reduction in growth and physiological efficiency indices in basil.

Assessing service quality based on user satisfaction is an unavoidable task. That implies not only knowing the perception of users, but also generating new knowledge. That is why the main objective of this research was to evaluate the quality of the food assistance service through the SERVPERF model of Cronin and Taylor (1992) adapted to the public social assistance sector. As well as identifying the dimensions most valued by the user, corroborating the validity of the model in the sector studied. This research was developed under a quantitative, cross-sectional, descriptive and non-experimental approach (Hernández, et al., 2014; and Bernal, 2016). The sampling was non-probabilistic for convenience with 154 participants, whose ratio was 7 questionnaires in relation to the 22 items of the measurement instrument, fulfilling the criteria of Hair et al. (1999). With this investigation, the SERVPERF instrument was validated for the public sector, with acceptable levels of Cronbach's Alpha greater than 0.700 according to Nunnally (1978) and through descriptive statistics, the normality of the data was identified, in addition to verifying the correlation between elements and by each variable studied.

This article is the result of the analysis of visitors to the archaeological zones of the state of Oaxaca, in the year 2021 applying Big Data tools. The original data was taken from the INAH (2021). The CSV (Comma Separated Values) file contains the columns: State, SIINAH Code, Acronyms, Work Center, Year, Month, Type of visitors, Number of visits, and Nationality. The objective is to illustrate the application of big data tools in the analysis of large volumes of data, in this case study, only a fragment of the data has been used, which corresponds to the Oaxaca State. The analysis was carried out with its own methodology based on the MAMBO methodology (Muñoz and Sánchez, 2019), in the applied methodology the following phases are identified: data acquisition, their management, the search for information in the data and their order and display. One contribution is the generation of a guide in which the reader will be able to identify the process of applying big data tools.

Introduction. The World Health Organization (WHO) conceptualizes mental health as the state that allows the person to use their varied abilities, cope with the normal stress of life, work productively and fruitfully, and contributing significantly to their community. Objective. The following article presents the results of a study that was carried out to identify the needs of a market in order to lay the foundations for the development of a marketing plan for the implementation of a Psychological Support Care Center specialized in women's care. Methodology. Through a survey, information was collected about the different needs that a center must meet to offer mental health services. Results. The sample analyzed was 113; the instrument is constructed by items to analyze the sociodemographic and psychographic profile, and identify the lifestyle, interests, and perceptions of the women who made up the sample. Conclusion. Anxiety disorder is identified as a problem present in women, so the center must implement the relevant strategies for its care.

The aim was to formulate a 360-degree and leadership evaluation of a service company in northern Mexico to determine its strengths and areas of opportunity. Technical, professional and personal skills were evaluated through an instrument of 44 questions operating interviews with the main collaborators. The instrument was properly validated with the Cronbach's alpha parameter. The information was analyzed with a principal component analysis (PCA) and, in addition, conceptual maps were made using multidimensional scaling. The PCA results showed that six components explain 85% of the information and the scores of communalities with a range of 0.750 to 0.943. Visualized strengths highlight paying attention to customer needs, such as conversations and communication skills. As areas of opportunity were noted the definition of objectives, the measurement of performance in the short term and long-term, such as the need to motivate the work team (discriminant values: 0.715 to 0.739). It is concluded that the implementations of multivariate techniques allow visualizing the way in which the collaborators are perceived in their performance in the company and values can be assigned to variables that allow improving the work environment and productivity.

In Mexico, for a long time, engineering was an exclusive career for the male sex. Currently, the number of women who choose a career related to engineering is still very low. Figures show that only 20% of women who access Higher Education choose a career in this area (Anuies, 2013; INEGI, 2011). The commitment of the Polytechnic University of San Luis Potosí has been to consolidate generations of professionals in the branches of manufacturing engineering with qualities and skills to face the challenges demanded by the industry of Potosí without distinction of gender. The purpose of this qualitative research from the classical ethnographic interpretive paradigm, it is to know the professional trajectory and the labor situation that the four generations of women who have graduated from the Engineering in Manufacturing Technologies career currently have. With a sample of 63% of the total female graduate population, two data collection instruments were used: a) questionnaire and b) focus group. The results raise the current employment situation in terms of obtaining the degree, first job, job requirements due to gender, barriers in professional practice and perception of the academic training received, personal and professional project. a) questionnaire and b) focus group. This work is the result of an investigation developed in the Universidad Autónoma de Chiapas, which is born of the interest that exists on the part of members of the Academic Board for Policy, Management, Education and Diversity (CA) to the need to know the impact they have had evaluation processes and accreditation level in schools and in the University. In this context, it is essential to know the opinion of the writers who are directly involved with the results obtained in each of the educational programs that have been subjected to these processes and have achieved their accreditation. Methodologically, the study has a tendency towards critical social paradigm, with a mixed approach (qualitative and quantitative) where the opinion of the university through interviews, in other case, is recovered through analysis of surveys of the university community, Given the specific weight that each of the actors in the process of evaluation and accreditation of each of the educational programs was essential to know the view of the university authorities responsible for the management of faculties and the heads of the coordination of evaluation and accreditation; For this, a series of interviews with those who occupied strategic positions in the administration were made; that is, those who have access to information regarding such processes. This work is approached from four categories: 1) Public Policy, 2) Management, 3) organization and 4) Results and Impact. In the specific case of this paper, it only discloses the results in the category of public policy and its indicators: assessment, accreditation and Norming.
