Prior hardware realization, a circuit & EM simulator software is used to simulate the proposed design. Abstract

In this paper, the characterization of a 13.56MHz oscillator equipped with E-class power amplifier for wireless power charging is discussed. The oscillator is constructed using a CMOS digital direct synthesizer (DDS) of AD9850 type from Analog Device.
