Traffic Engineering and Grade of Service of Passenger Flow in LRT Palembang 巨港轻轨客运流的交通工程与服务等级

The existence of light train or light rail transit (LRT) in Palembang city will provide many benefits. One of them is facilitate the flow of transportation. This study aims to analyze the capacity of the number of passengers that can be served by LRT in the city of Palembang on condition that the quality of LRT service is still good. If the train travel from the airport station to the depo station from 6:00 to 18:00 hours using the first scenario is 1 series of train that consist 3 carriages per series, it will be able to carry 35,072 passengers, the second scenario is using 2 series of train that consist 3 carriages per series, it will be able to carry 70,144 passengers, and if using the third scenario is 6 series of train that consist 5 carriages per series, it will be able to carry as many as 350,720 passengers. LRT Palembang can reduce road congestion by 14.18% for first scenario and 28.36% for second scenario, and for third scenario can carry all passengers.

A New Hybrid Method Based on Nearest Neighbor Algorithm and 2-Opt Algorithm for Traveling Salesman Problem 基于最近邻算法和2-Opt算法的旅行商问题混合求解方法

Traveling salesman problem has been one of the mostly studied problems in combinatorial optimization. This paper proposes a new hybrid method combining the nearest neighbor algorithm and the 2-opt algorithm. The performance of this method has been tested to several benchmark problems from TSPLIB involving 11 instances of symmetric problems and three instances of asymmetric problems with various number of nodes from 17 to 783 nodes. The results show that the hybrid method can reduce the relative error significantly compared to the nearest neighbor algorithm only.

A 13.56MHz AD9850 Oscillator with E-Class Power Amplifier for Wireless Power Charging 用于无线充电的13.56MHz AD9850振荡器和e级功率放大器

In this paper, the characterization of a 13.56MHz oscillator equipped with E-class power amplifier for wireless power charging is discussed. The oscillator is constructed using a CMOS digital direct synthesizer (DDS) of AD9850 type from Analog Device. The use of AD9850 oscillator is due to its stability in generating the sine wave frequency of 13.56MHz required for the transmitter system of wireless power charging. While the E-class power amplifier is empowered by two cascaded MOSFETs of IRF510 and IRF620 types to obtain the high gain amplification. Prior hardware realization, a circuit & EM simulator software is used to simulate the proposed design. The experimental characterization demonstrates that the power amplifier could amplify the sine wave output of AD9850 oscillator up to 36.3dB suitable for the desired application.

Analysis of 5G Band Candidates for Initial Deployment in Indonesia 印度尼西亚首次部署5G候选频段分析

Indonesia has just started to deploy LTE 4G network in 2015. Nevertheless, Indonesia has started preparing to roll out 5G network in the near future to support government program in the application of industry 4.0 and the need of data traffic of mobile phone user which keep increasing. Based on the timeline of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), the 5G Technology will be officially commercially deployed by 2020. Some leading market countries have begun trials and preparations to deploy its 5G network according to the timeline of ITU. Some reports say that the Indonesian government has taken steps to accelerate to deploy the fastest 5G network by the end of 2021. One step of the acceleration is to begin studying which band candidate will be used to deploy 5G network. This paper will examine and analyze which band candidate that suitable for the initial deployment of 5G in Indonesia based on the condition of the existing frequency spectrum allocation. From the analysis that has been done, it is found that the most suitable candidate bands for the initial deployment of 5G network in Indonesia are in band 3.3-4.2 GHz and 24.25-29.5 GHz.

Proximity-Coupled Multiband Substrate Integrated Waveguide Antenna with Defected Ground Structure 具有缺陷接地结构的近耦合多频带基板集成波导天线

In this paper, a technique of substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) is applied for designing and realizing multiband antenna. The proposed antenna is intended to satisfy the demand of wireless communication application. The antenna which is fed using a proximity coupling method and equipped with defected ground structure (DGS) is deployed by two layers of FR4 epoxy dielectric substrate with the dimension of $89mathbf{mm}times 68.5mathbf{mm}$ and the total thickness of 3.3mm. The implementation of DGS incorporated at the groundplane is to achieve the antenna property in obtaining multiband frequency characteristic. From the characterization result, it shows that the realized antenna has multiband frequency response in the frequency range of 1-3GHz. The measured result was agreed well with the design one which is suitable for wireless communication application.

Blockchain Based Secure Data Handover Scheme in Non-Orthogonal Multiple Access 基于区块链的非正交多址安全数据切换方案

Non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) with successive interference cancellation receiver is considered as one of the most potent multiple access techniques to be adopted in future wireless communication networks. Data security in the NOMA transmission scheme is on much attention drawing issue. Blockchain is a distributed peer-to-peer network enables a way of protecting information from unauthorized access, tempering etc. By utilizing encryption techniques of blockchain, a secured data communication scheme using blockchain in NOMA is proposed in this paper. A two-phase encryption technique with key generation using different parameter is proposed. In the first-phase data is encrypted by imposing users' public key and in the second phase, a private key of the base station (BS) is engaged for encryption. Finally, the superiority of the proposed scheme over existing scheme is proven through a comparative study based on the different features.

Designing Electronic Module on Synthetic Polymer Material Based on Green Chemistry 基于绿色化学的合成高分子材料电子模块设计

This study aims at producing a teaching material in the form of e-module on synthetic polymer material based on green chemistry. The presentation of material and visualization used in this e-module are based on green chemistry including the negative impact of synthetic polymers especially plastics, countermeasures plastic waste, and the manufacture of biodegradable plastic. This study uses a design-based research method with ADDIE model consisting of five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The e-module resulted from this study is potentially used as a learning medium on synthetic polymeric materials.
本研究旨在制作一套基于绿色化学的合成高分子材料电子模块教材。本电子模块中使用的材料展示和可视化基于绿色化学,包括合成聚合物(特别是塑料)的负面影响,塑料废物的对策以及可生物降解塑料的制造。本研究采用基于设计的研究方法,采用ADDIE模型,分为分析、设计、开发、实施和评估五个阶段。这项研究产生的电子模块有可能用作合成聚合物材料的学习介质。

Performance Analysis of Waveguide BPF Loaded with Dielectric Frequency Selective Structure 介质频率选择结构波导BPF性能分析

The performance analysis of waveguide bandpass filter (BPF) loaded with dielectric frequency selective surface is presented. The proposed filter is constructed by use of a rectangular waveguide encapsulates 2 layers of FR4 epoxy dielectric substrate which are flanking rectangular strip lines yielding a dielectric frequency selective structure. A WR284 type rectangular waveguide designed to work on the TE10 mode is employed for the filter implementation. The performance of filter focused on its bandwidth response and $S$-parameters, i.e. $S_{11}$ and $S_{21}$, is analyzed through simulation by investigating the parameters of rectangular strip lines such as the length of strip line, the separation between strip lines, and the number of strip lines. As an experimental characterization, a waveguide BPF is realized with a dielectric frequency selective structure comprising 3 rectangular strip lines resulting in the filter performance comparable to the design result.

The number of elderly population worldwide has been increasing rapidly, therefore technology advancements are needed to suit this need. With the rapid development of mobile applications and the abundance of smart devices, mobile device is becoming an essential tool in information technology, hence could function as a tool to suit the needs of the elderly. This paper will introduce an Ambient Assisted Living system that provides methods for automatic recording and retrieval of elderly's health information to Google Firebase, consisting user's heart rate, fallstate, and heart abnormality data. This paper will also discuss the use of automatic emergency SMS, and user interface using smart watch and smartphone. Therefore, a productive elderly community along with the sense of security within family members could be established.

Prediction of VLF Sub-Ionospheric Wave Propagation Using Nonlinear System Identification 利用非线性系统辨识预测VLF亚电离层波传播

Very low frequency (VLF) waves have been used as a powerful tool to monitor and study the lower ionosphere (D/E region). In this paper, nonlinear physical processes of VLF signals propagation can be well represented by nonlinear autoregressive with exogenous input neural network (NARXNN) model. Further, a study of NARXNN model to predict the daily nighttime mean amplitude of VLF propagation wave to recognize the ionospheric perturbation along the great circle path. The NARXNN model is powerful in predicting time series data and suitable representations of a variation of nonlinear models. The daily input variables of various physical parameters with the time interval from 15 March 2014 to 26 May 2016 were used to build prediction model. The results of the built models are performing reasonably good for one-step ahead (OSA) predictions of the daily nighttime of VLF electric field amplitude. The NARXNN model has good performance for predicting the VLF amplitude variation for different latitude paths.
