We attempted to maximize the space utilization of the packaging box by designing the turnover box task assignment model. We developed a Clark-Wright heuristic algorithm to solve the turnover box task assignment model on the premise of ensuring efficiency, and introduce an actual case to do some experimental analysis. The experimental results show that the packaging box space utilization can be promoted greatly through the optimization.
