Abstract

The major purpose is to develop the balanced patterns of leisure activity participation to solve the problem of smart phone overuse. For this, physiological indices from electroencephalograph (EEG) and electrocardiograph (ECG) and data from self-reported questionnaires were collected. As a result, multiple leisure activities have the potential for diversion from smart phone use. The results also showed that basketball games and calligraphy experiences might decrease smart phone overuse.
