Abstract

In this half-day workshop, we explore the opportunities of live (or real-time) high-definition (HD) maps for the user experience of autonomous driving. To date, HD maps tend to be optimized for machine-readability, enabling autonomous driving systems to anticipate upcoming maneuvers.
