Abstract
In wireless sensor networks, there are large numbers of packets in the receiving buffer of sink node. A well designed buffer management could provide efficient packet merging so that it can reduce the number of packets and the transmission overhead. In this paper we present an index table management to manage the receiving buffer for improving packets merging. It can be used in Open WSN.
