Abstract

This article is devoted to describing the unique experience of JSC Afrikantov OKBM in developing and implementing an adaptation and mentoring program for new employees at an industrial enterprise in the nuclear industry, which allows the new employee to achieve the target efficiency as quickly as possible, form an understanding of the specifics of the organization's activities and involve organizations in the corporate culture. The practical significance of the materials of the article lies in the fact that the article presents the adaptation and mentoring program for young workers under 35 years old, developed and implemented at the enterprise, as well as the developed adaptation program for newly hired workers over 35 years old. The practical recommendations proposed in this article for the introduction of a program of adaptation and mentoring of new employees can be used and replicated by large industrial enterprises in the practice of change management and strategic management.
