It is shown that treatment of inoperable cancer of the uterine body using the SELECTRON apparatus for contact irradiation (cesium-137 source, 066-MEV photons). With this method exact dose control is possible. Abstract
A study is presented of 51 patients (age 52-77 years) suffering of uterine body cancer with marked extragenital pathology.
