Three aspects are reviewed: the waiting time in the evaluation of the activities, the time in the attention of academic requests and the quantity of academic publications. The type of research is quantitative and data collection is directly from the reports obtained from the educational platform used at the Autonomous University of the State of Mexico; research analyzed data with statistical techniques.
