Abstract

In the mode of Vannever Bush’s “As We May Think,” Atlantic (1945), rapid transmission control systems today have promising applications. Such systems might, someday soon, supply technical solutions to jump start negotiations between NATO and Russia on Phase IV missile defense for Europe.
