Revealed were different changes of the activity of amylase and glycyl-l-leucin-dipeptidase under the effect of B vitamins, Enzaprost F., cimetidine, obsidan, prednisolone, dopamine, ethaden, ethanol. Abstract
A study is presented of the effect of different modifiers (analogues of natural food) on the rate of starch hydrolysis in the small and large intestine.
