Concentrations of four kinds of amino acids important for flavour (DAA) were higher in the F 3 generation than in O. aurea , and the total DAA was significantly higher. Furthermore, the other amino acid contents and essential amino acid index of the F 3 generation were intermediate between O. aurea and S. chuatsi . Abstract
