Hardware complexity analysis and comparison of the channelizer for various polyphase filter structure implementations is also presented. Abstract

Modern communication standards are constantly evolving. The main challenge in the wireless industry is to provide hardware requirements for supporting the various evolving standards and protocols to facilitate the services to end users. In such an environment, Software Defined Radio is gaining popularity.
