Among them, capillary electrophoresis based on Sanger biochemical detection of polychromatic fluorescent DNA sequencing method is widely used. This method uses fluorescence imaging technology for base recognition, and the recognition results play an important role in forensic DNA identification, individual identification, genetic identification, disaster identification and other fields. It is one of the key technologies for forensic DNA data analysis to analyze the fragments of fluorescent labeled DNA sequencing results. Fragment analysis includes peak recognition algorithm design, determination of DNA fragment interval algorithm design, allelic ladder typing algorithm design and DNA sample STR typing algorithm design.
