The weights of each index were calculated by using the analytic hierarchy process and the cluster analysis method. Then, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the safety of a fishing boat. Abstract

Fishing vessel safety accidents often occur, and the causes are various. If there is a clear understanding of the causes of these frequent accidents, the risk of accidents will be reduced. 基于AHP和模糊综合评价的渔船安全研究方法
渔船安全事故时有发生,原因多种多样。如果对这些频繁发生事故的原因有一个清晰的认识,事故发生的风险就会降低。本文采用层次分析法和聚类分析法相结合的方法,计算了渔船各项安全指标的权重。采用模糊综合评价法对渔船安全状况进行评价,并以福州市渔船安全状况为例进行验证。通过福建省福州市渔船事故调查数据,以及其他沿海城市渔船事故数据的收集,对数据进行整理分析,得出渔船捕捞生产过程中可能存在的危险因素,参考影响渔船安全因素的相关文献,在实地调研的基础上,构建福州市渔船安全评价指标体系。采用层次分析法和聚类分析法计算各指标的权重。然后,采用模糊综合评价法对某渔船的安全性进行了评价。此外,在撰写本文的过程中,我在前期的数据收集、数据分析和建模分析方面都贡献了自己的力量。
