But over time, this system requires development both in terms of appearance and function so that the system becomes more interactive for its employees to use. The development process used waterfall as the system development model. To evaluate the performance of the web-based learning system we used a functionality test. Additionally, to evaluate the user acceptance of the system a usability testing was conducted.
