番茄汁和菠萝汁对斯雷曼高血压的变化的影响
背景:高血压是印度尼西亚的主要健康问题。印度尼西亚高血压患病率最高的是35-44岁年龄组(31.6%)。治疗高血压可采用非药物疗法,包括番茄汁和菠萝汁疗法。目的:观察番茄汁与菠萝汁对高血压患者夜间降压效果的差异。方法:本研究为定量研究,采用准实验方法,前后测试一组设计。样本量为30人,分为两组,每组15人。抽样技术采用目的性抽样。数据分析采用配对t检验和独立t检验。结果:番茄汁收缩期组和舒张期组的配对t检验结果p= 0000和0.001,菠萝汁收缩期组和舒张期组的相似值p= 0000,两组的值p<0.05。番茄汁治疗组平均收缩压和舒张压分别为139.33 / 87.33 MMHG, p=0.007;菠萝汁治疗组平均收缩压和舒张压分别为127.33 / 76 MMHG, p=0.001。结论:番茄汁与菠萝汁对高血压患者血压的影响存在差异。
