The resultsalso indicated that LMX exercised a fully mediating role on perceived customer unfriendlinessand affective commitment while partially mediating the stress-commitment relationship.The findings highlight the importance of stakeholders’ intervention programs indecreasing employees’ emotional dissonance and perceived stress.
