Abstract

In this paper, the new fast vertical handover scheme is proposed for the hierarchical Mobile IPv6 (HMIPv6) to optimize and enhance the existing fast vertical handover HMIPv6 (FVH-HMIPv6) in heterogeneous wireless access networks.
