Abstract

The interconnection of power grid plays as the key role in the B&R strategy, which has great significance in achieving optimal allocation of energy resources. Aiming at the characteristics of the power interconnection “dominated by the transmission of clean energy”, this paper proposes a forecasting and assessing model for the green power market space. 基于互联电网互联的绿色电力市场空间预测与评价模型
电网互联在“一带一路”战略中发挥着关键作用,对实现能源资源优化配置具有重要意义。针对电力互联“以清洁能源传输为主”的特点,提出了绿色电力市场空间的预测与评估模型。首先,对传统电力市场空间进行拓展,提出了适合“一带一路”电力互联潮流规划的“绿色电力市场空间”概念。然后,从物理和数学两个层面建立了区域电网最优可再生能源吸收规模的评估模型。为了充分反映电力互联系统的复杂性和难度,采用模糊对数法和反熵法相结合的组合加权方法,将模糊隶属度概念引入到“一带一路”区域电网电力结构的综合评价中。
