The results show that the arbitrage can raise user revenue significantly. Abstract

Electrical vehicles (EVs) have appreciated much attention with the increasing pressure on the environment and energy supply. Considering that user gets revenue by arbitrage, we propose an optimal charge control model for plug-in Electric Vehicles to minimize user charge cost in an open and perfect electricity market.
