The GIS tool helps to overlay data layers to determine the trend of fluctuations and locate in space the change of land use types in the study area. Research results showed a significant change in the structure of land use in Dan Phuong district. Residential land and construction land tend to increase significantly while agricultural land tends to decrease dramatically. Abstract
The aim of this study is to assess urban land use change in Dan Phuong district, Hanoi city. Remote sensing data taken in 2008, 2016, and 2022 are used to analyze the land use situation.
