Findings: The temporal variation of the user experience was evaluated in 4 stages. These; pre-experience period, exploration period, familiarity period and assimilation period. When the change of hedonic and pragmatic approaches over time is examined, pragmatic adjectives were found to have higher density than hedonic adjectives. Conclusion: In hedonic approches; practical use, dominance and product feeling are positive, the expectations and feelings about the service, security and action process are negative sub-factors that explain the reasons for the changes.
