Abstract
This paper aims to introduce a model that focuses on companies in the agribusiness industry, specifically blueberry producers, so that blueberries with exporting potential, which are profitable products, can predominate. This model encompasses two essential areas: human resources, a key factor in this sector, and the production itself. To this end, several management tools are implemented to address issues related to change resistance and poor activity planning, in addition to technological contribution based on drones, which will allow for a greater assessment of the daily behavior in the cultivated areas and the identification of anomalies in real time. This way, collaborators can promptly react and correct them. All these related tools will help achieve the general objective and encourage the growth of these companies, which majorly contribute to the Peruvian economy.
