Abstract
Based on the theory of vibration modal analysis, first 5 natural vibration frequencies and their mode shapes were calculated with ANSYS finite element analysis software. Their stress distributions of some modes, where cracks are formed easily to make microwave equalizer invalidation, were analyzed also.
