Kind of large cities of Kazakhstan as Almaty have transformed into elaborated and dynamic systems, which are a serious problem for urban planning. Among other different and effective ways to solve the forecited problems is the modeling of a three-dimensional digital model of the city. The purpose of this research is to analyze the functional features of three -dimensional digital model of the city and develop the digital double theoretical concept for the enaction of the city of Almaty. Abstract

The worldwide urbanization and the up-tempo rate growth of urban population around the world gain momentum the relevance of the problem in organizing the secure dwelling and public spaces, determining the criteria of creating a comfortable conditions for activities of the human being, searching an architectural affair in improving the quality of urban environment life. Kind of large cities of Kazakhstan as Almaty have transformed into elaborated and dynamic systems, which are a serious problem for urban planning.
