Abstract

An experimental comparative study of regenerative processes of bone tissue in animals when filling bone cavities with titanium nickelide granules, and free bone grafting was carried out. It was shown, that when using finely granulated titanium nickelide, in comparison with bone chips, the formation of organotypic regenerate was accelerated by 3 months. The clinical study included 55 patients with dystrophic bone cysts, of which 30 patients underwent original plastic surgery of bone cavities with finely granulated titanium nickelide implant.
