Porous titanium nickelide is a qualitatively new implant material being a successful example of the fusion of physical metallurgy, physics and medicine. Implants using titanium nickelide are well borne by tissues. They have high biological inertness and are nontoxic. With the formation of a strong joint in the contact zone of the recipient implant and bone the bone tissue grows successfully into the porous frame of the implant (V. E. Gyunter, 1998). Patients with malignant neoplasms of the upper jaw have combined treatment as the course of radical therapy is carried out. The second stage is surgical treatment: an electric resection of the upper jaw with simultaneous endoprosthesis provision using an implant of porous titanium nickelide. Taking into account the previously executed anthropometry and the data from radiography and computed tomography of the skull, prosthetic devices are produced of the necessary configuration. When obtaining a personal volumetric model the developed system of design based on computer reconstruction of a bone defect according to the data of X-ray computer tomography is used.
