Problems in the Teaching Practice of MTCSOL and the Optimization Countermeasures

Abstract

Through the empirical investigation of master's degree students in International Chinese language Education represented by three universities in Yunnan, it presents the current situation of Chinese international education master's practice, explores the problems in the teaching practice: insufficient preparation for the internship, lack of appropriate teaching materials, excessive intensity of volunteer work, difficulty in combining study, and low quality of internship in China. In view of this, the following suggestions are put forward: colleges and universities should hold teaching competitions to cultivate students’ ability of creative use of knowledge; Colleges and universities can carry out school-enterprise cooperation and provide high-quality internship channels; The Chinese dean should pay attention to balance the work content of volunteers and avoid too many cultural activities to reduce the teaching quality of volunteers.
