Abstract

In energy and water resources development schemes, transparently archiving their pre-project situations — in terms of ecology, geography, culture, and aesthetics — is essential to credible environmental assessment, post-facto evaluation, and institutional memory. All of these expensive and professionally demanding initiatives are now generally left to the project proponents/developers with agendas of their own. Conservation of cultural assets also shown.
