Abstract

Offset, gain and time mismatch errors exist in the channels of the time-interleaved analog-to-digital converter (TIADC), which severely affect the signal-to-noise and distortion ratio (SNDR), spurious-free dynamic range (SFDR) and effective number of bits (ENOB).
