Abstract

Related to teacher performance, coaching and assessment are activities continuously carried out by supervisors. 马格朗小学伊斯兰教育教学方法实施的辅导、考核与教师绩效
与教师绩效相关的辅导和评估是主管不断开展的活动。本研究旨在确定导师的辅导和评估,并发现哥打马格朗小学伊斯兰教育教师在实施教学方法时的表现。本研究采用描述性质性研究方法,对哥打马格朗小学3名主管及35名伊斯兰教育教师进行实地调查。本研究结果显示:(1)主管对小学伊斯兰教育教师的辅导,采取适当的步骤,并透过教师工作小组(KKG)的活动,预先设计方案,定期实施;(2)导师对哥打马格朗小学伊斯兰教育教师的考核,按照政府规定的标准,每学期进行一次定期学术督导;(3)伊斯兰教教师在小学的教学中运用了各种教学方法,包括“做一个配对”、“同伴导师”、“知识商店”、“问题解决”、“猜一猜”、“Roll Play”、“Talking Stick”、“Mind Map”、“digital Together”、“填字游戏”、“互动讲座”、“拼图”、“短卡”。
