Finally, the comprehensive benefits of electric heating before and after participation in the electricity market are evaluated by using TOPSIS method, and are put forward reasonable suggestions. The analysis results show that the comprehensive benefits are greater after the joint operation of wind power and electric heating, which is effective and feasible because it is conducive to peak shaving, valley filling, wind abandonment and environmental pollution reduction. Abstract

For researching the feasibility of electric heating participation in electricity market operation, a comprehensive benefit evaluation index system is constructed in this paper. 风电与电热联运综合效益评价
为研究电采暖参与电力市场运营的可行性,构建了电采暖参与电力市场运营的综合效益评价指标体系。采用主成分分析法提取关键评价指标,采用熵序关系法赋值。最后,运用TOPSIS法对电采暖参与电力市场前后的综合效益进行评价,并提出合理化建议。分析结果表明,风电与电采暖联合运行后综合效益更大,有利于调峰、填谷、弃风、减少环境污染,是有效可行的。同时,提出的综合效益评价指标体系为联合运营优化模型的分析提供了理论依据。
