In the presented report, a stationary transformer fault isolation system is considered. It contains information about its structure and hardware design. Information about the software developed on the basis of cluster analysis of the results of on-line signal measurements is presented. Screen forms are provided to give a visual representation of the diagnostic information. The evaluation of the results of the implementation and technical efficiency of the system is presented in the report. Abstract

A generally recognized trend in the development of information technologies is the development of stationary systems for diagnostic monitoring of the technical condition of power transformers. This task is relevant for industrial transformers, including for metallurgical enterprises. Furnace transformers are one of the most complex monitoring objects at steel works. They operate with an asymmetric impact load, besides, as a rule, they do not have a power reserve.
