ANSYS software was applied to analyze temperature field and stress field of welding process. And the simulation of which has been realized by using ANSYS parametric design language (APDL). In analysis some effective measures were taken to ensure solution convergence and accurate result, which are very approximate with theoretical calculation, it has an important direction in welding technology.
