Based on this, it was conducted to provide basic data on the counseling coaching intervention plan that can prevent and prevent job burnout. For this purpose, data of 210 information experts working at an information system company located in S city were collected. Based on this data, the mediating effect of mindfulness on the relationship between job stress and job burnout of experts in the information field was examined. The main research results are as follows. Organizational characteristics, compensation system, and role-related factors that are sub-factors of job stress were found to have a significant negative (-) effect on mindfulness. Mindfulness was found to have a significant negative (-) effect on job burnout. Organizational characteristics, overwork, and compensation system, which are sub-factors of job stress, were found to have a significant positive (+) effect on job burnout.
